* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Tucker County in northeastern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1105 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain had fallen in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 2.8 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parsons, Hendricks, Hambleton, Elk, Blackwater Falls, Red Creek, Canaan Valley State Park, Davisville, Cortland and Pheasant Run. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
