Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Central and Southern Franklin, Madison, North and Central Sebastian, Northern Crawford, Northern Franklin, Southern Crawford, Southern Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Central Le Flore, Central and Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Northern Le Flore, Northern Sequoyah, Ottawa and Southern Le Flore.
