* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Central Pima county including the Tohono O'odham nation and Southeast Pinal county. * WHEN...From 2 PM MST this afternoon through 11 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall runoff may result in flash flooding of normally dry washes, roadway dips and other low-lying areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into this evening. Rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour are expected, with the stronger storms capable of producing total rainfall amounts between 1 to 3 inches. Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
