Multiple days of heavy rainfall has led to saturated soil across much of the Tri-State area. Additional rainfall is expected tonight through Thursday morning and could lead to flash flooding.

Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE
Portions of Colorado, including the following areas, Kit Carson and Yuma, Kansas, including the following areas, Cheyenne KS, Decatur, Gove, Graham, Greeley, Logan, Norton, Rawlins, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace and Wichita, and southwest Nebraska, including the following areas, Dundy, Hitchcock and Red Willow.

IMPACTS
Excessive runoff may result in additional flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
