* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia, including the following counties, Burke, Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie and Richmond and central South Carolina, including the following counties, Edgefield and McCormick. * WHEN...From Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Isaias will move inland overnight with a band of associated heavy rainfall developing across the Georgia Saturday. While the exact location of where this banding will occur is uncertain, confidence is increasing in these higher rainfall totals potentially moving into eastern GA and western SC. Rainfall totals of 3-6" are possible within this band of heavier rain Saturday morning into Saturday night. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
