Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
WHERE
Portions of south central and southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Decatur, Ringgold, Wayne, Adams and Taylor.
WHEN
Until 8 AM CDT Sunday.
IMPACTS
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Rainfall amounts of around 2-4" have fallen with previous storms this evening. Additional incoming rainfall of 1-4", with locally higher amounts possible, may lead to increasing flood chances through the overnight hours.
