IMPACTS
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Additional heavy rainfall may occur this afternoon and evening in portions of northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin, areas that saw 2 to 6 inches of rain over the last 48 hours, which could quickly result in renewed flooding. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
