Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello. * WHEN...From late Saturday night to late Wednesday night. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet. Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Sunday morning. Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
