Portions of southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Fremont, Mills, Montgomery, Page and Pottawattamie and Nebraska, including the following counties, Butler, Cass, Douglas, Gage, Jefferson, Johnson, Lancaster, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Richardson, Saline, Sarpy, Saunders and Seward.
