* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Iowa. * WHEN...Through early this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Rainfall Tuesday evening has primed this area relative to other areas of southern Iowa. If rainfall rounds repeat over this area through early this evening, this may result in isolated flash flooding.
