* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following areas, Adams IL and Brown IL and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Knox MO, Lewis MO, Marion MO and Shelby MO. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Saturday through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall moving over the same areas will likely produce flash flooding.
