In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness, Scott and Trego. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ this evening through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
