* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Clay, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Leslie, Letcher and Perry. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
