.5 to 8 inches of rain fell across portions of southeast Minnesota overnight which led to flooding over roadways and road closures. An additional 1 to 3 inches, locally up to 5 inches, is possible after 8 AM CDT today which could lead to additional flooding impacts, especially over areas that saw the highest rainfall totals overnight.
