* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Missouri, including the following areas, in north central Missouri, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair and Schuyler. In northwest Missouri, Worth. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Heavy rainfall is expected across the area. Widespread 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected overnight, with areas between 2 to 4 inches possible. Rainfall rates between 1 and 2 inches per hour possible, with 3 hour rainfall accumulations between 3 to 4 inches possible. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
