* WHAT...Localized flash flooding caused by excessive thunderstorm rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska, including the following areas, Banner County, Cheyenne County, Kimball County and Morrill County and southeast Wyoming, including the following areas, Central Laramie County, East Laramie County and South Laramie Range Foothills. * WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Strong, slow moving thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall will be possible this afternoon and evening. Heavy rainfall may affect areas that already received heavy rainfall and localized flooding yesterday. Stronger storms will be capable of producing 1 to 2 inches of rain in as little as 30 minutes. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
