* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska, including the following areas, Banner County, Box Butte County, Cheyenne County, Kimball County, Morrill County and Scotts Bluff County and southeast Wyoming, including the following areas, Central Laramie County, East Laramie County and South Laramie Range Foothills. * WHEN...From this afternoon through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Strong thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible. Precipitation rates of 1 to 2 inches in an hour or less may occur locally in the strongest thunderstorms. Areas that received significant precipitation yesterday may also receive additional moderate to heavy precipitation today. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
