* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Sacramento Mountains. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Slow-moving thunderstorms develop this afternoon over the Sacramento Mountains with high rainfall rates possible.
