* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Coshocton, Guernsey, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Runoff from recent heavy rainfall will continue to cause elevated stream and creek levels.
