* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset. * WHEN...From Sunday morning through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected over the Laurel Highlands and south-central mountains on Sunday morning and perhaps again in the late afternoon and early evening.
