* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield and Northern Centre. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Multiple rounds of slow-moving showers and thunderstorms will move across the Watch area over the next several hours. Localized rainfall totals exceeding 1.5" are possible and could result in flash flooding for areas that received significant rainfall earlier in the week. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
