* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Somerset county. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Several rounds of thunderstorms today and tonight will track southeast across the region and bring another 1 to 2 inches of rain to most parts of Somerset county. Localized additional rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches are possible where multiple storms train over the same area. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
