* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, McKean, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Potter, Somerset and Warren. * WHEN...From 10 AM EDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Scattered to numerous heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Efficient rainfall rates of up to 2 inches per hour along with repeat rounds of rain could result in flash flooding across the area. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
