* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Freestone, Anderson, and Leon Counties. * WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected with localized totals of 6 inches possible where repeated rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall occur. weather.gov/safety/flood
