What the bulletin says to do
Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility to a mile or less. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing sand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far as possible and put your vehicle in park. Turn the lights all the way off and keep foot off the brake pedal. Remember, 'Pull Aside, Stay Alive'. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29F possible. * WHERE...Quincy, Othello, Moses Lake, and Ephrata. * WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
