In Oregon, parts of Klamath County including the communities of Crescent, Chemult, Sprague River, Beatty, Bly, Dairy, Bonanza, and Lorella. Additionally, parts of Lake County including Fort Rock and across the Christmas Valley, Silver Lake, and areas just east of Lakeview. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 AM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Animals who are not acclimated to colder temperatures may be harmed.
