* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 expected. * WHERE...Lower Snake River Plain and Upper Snake River Plain. * WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Frost and low temperatures could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cloud cover and precipitation will make the temperature forecast a bit tricky overnight so confidence is less than desired and some spots in these zones could briefly drop below freezing if we see adequate clearing.
