* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected. * WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM to 10 PM AKDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM Sunday to 10 AM AKDT Monday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM Monday to 1 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
