What: Seas 8 to 13 ft at 10 seconds and south winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected. Impacts: Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Where: In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. When: From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM PDT Wednesday.

Seas 4 ft. Second Ebb current of 5.49 kt at 811 PM Tuesday. Seas 5 to 6 ft. Third Ebb current of 3.53 kt at 826 AM Wednesday. Seas 8 to 10 ft.
