What the bulletin says to do
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

* WHAT...Temperatures from 98 to 103 expected. * WHERE...Northwest Plateau and West Central Plateau. * WHEN...From noon to 8 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Individuals involved in flash flood recovery efforts across Gallup and Zuni Pueblo should take extra precautions. The hottest temperatures will be across the San Juan River Valley, including Farmington, Bloomfield, and Shiprock.
