* WHAT...Water levels as high as 1 to 3 feet above normal highest tide line. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast. * WHEN...From 4 PM Sunday to 7 PM Monday. * IMPACTS...There is potential for coastal erosion due to high surf. Coastal flooding is possible during high tide. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Prolonged southerly winds of 30 to 40 mph (sustained) are expected Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. The resulting higher seas and surf, coinciding with high tide, will raise potential for rough surf and coastal erosion. Additionally, prolonged rainfall is expected Sunday afternoon through at least Tuesday.
