* WHAT...Water levels as high as 1.0 to 2.0 feet above the normal highest tide line. The highest water levels in Kwigillingok and Kongiganak. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast. * WHEN...Until 4 AM Friday. The advisory may be extended depending on the following tide cycle. * IMPACTS...Nuisance flooding of low lying areas. Coastal erosion is possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong south winds will push water toward the coast, resulting in elevated water levels and large surf. The greatest impacts are expected around the times of high tide between 8 AM and 11 AM Thursday and 9 PM and 3 AM Friday.
