* WHAT...Water levels 2.0 to 4.0 feet above the normal high tide line. * WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast and Eastern Norton Sound Coast from Golovin to Stebbins. * WHEN...From 10 PM Thursday to 11 AM AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels are expected to peak early Friday morning during the time of high tide. While water levels will subside somewhat later Friday, a second rise is expected during the Saturday morning high tide as well.
