...HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEAST FACING SHORES OF THE BIG ISLAND... .Swells from Hurricane Lowell will quickly fill in today and will produce advisory level surf for southeast Big Island. Additionally, a moderate long period south swell filled in last night and will produce elevated surf along southern exposures today. * WHAT...Surf heights rising to 7 to 10 feet today. * WHERE...Southeast Big Island. * WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Moderate.
