...HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR EAST FACING SHORES THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON... .Building east swell from Hurricane Fausto will keep surf heights along east facing shores elevated above High Surf Advisory criteria through Wednesday afternoon, and may need to be upgraded to a High Surf Warning as this swell peaks tonight into Tuesday. * WHAT...Surf building to 10 to 14 feet. * WHERE...East facing shores. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents will make swimming dangerous.
