ESFAFG ...Locations Impacted... Upper Koyukuk Valley-Central Interior-South Slopes Of The Central Brooks Range-Lower Koyukuk Valley-Middle Yukon Valley Areas of up to 2 inches of rainfall are expected from the ongoing event which may cause significant rises in the smaller headwater streams that feed the Koyukuk and Middle Yukon Rivers. As mainstem rivers are currently low, there are no concerns for the larger rivers in the area. Rainfall rates are expected to decrease by Tuesday afternoon.
