The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC out 20 nm... Waters from Surf City NC to Little River Inlet SC from 20 to 60 NM... At 811 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line extending from near 10 Mile Rocks to near Wr4, moving northeast at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Wr2 and Topsail Boxcars.
