The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Murrells Inlet to South Santee River SC out 20 NM... Waters from Little River Inlet SC to South Santee River SC from 20 to 60 NM... At 848 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts. These storms were located near City Of Richmond, moving north at 15 knots. These thunderstorms will be near... C J Davidson Wreck, Parking Lot Area, Wayne Upchurch Reef, and Inshore Hole around 855 AM EDT. Georgetown Reef around 915 AM EDT.
