The areas affected include... Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 60 NM... Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM... Charleston Harbor... * At 1109 AM EDT, Conditions will continue to be favorable for the development of waterspouts across the nearshore and offshore waters of Southeast South Carolina and Southeast Georgia, including the Charleston Harbor, this morning. Public reports of at least one waterspout off of Tybee Island Georgia. The waterspout risk will be highest near lines of towering clouds and in the vicinity of showers and thunderstorms. Conditions will become less favorable for waterspout development by this afternoon as showers and storms move more inland. Locations impacted include... Edisto Offshore Reef, Edisto Sixty Reef, Kiawah Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Lowcountry Anglers, Hunting Island Reef, Charleston Sixty, R7 Tower, Joe Shuford Reef, Fripp Island Reef, Deveaux Bank, Betsy Ross Reef, Fripp Island Wreck and Beaufort 45 Feet Reef.
