Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM... * At 504 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 14 NM north of Bulls Bay to over Charleston Nearshore Reef, moving east at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Jimmy Leland Tug, Bull Breakers, Bulls Bay, Capers Reef, Capers Island Buoy, Hector Reef, Rattlesnake Shoal, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Cape Romain Reef, Air Force Reef and Crab Bank.
