Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM... * At 414 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm outflow boundary, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm outflow was located along a line from 7 NM north of Edisto Forty Reef to 13 NM northwest of Saint Helena Sound, moving south at 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Edisto Forty Reef, Edisto Sixty Reef, Deveaux Bank, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Saint Helena Sound, Fripp Island Reef, Pelican Bank, Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Island Wreck, Fripp Inlet Buoy, Kiawah Reef, Port Royal Sound and Parris Island Reef.
