Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM... * At 156 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 10 NM north of Jimmy Leland Tug to near Capers Island Buoy, moving east at 20 knots. Locations impacted include... Jimmy Leland Tug, Bull Breakers, Bulls Bay, Capers Island Buoy and Hector Reef.
