The areas affected include... Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 60 NM... Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM... Conditions will be favorable for the development of waterspouts across the nearshore and offshore waters of Southeast South Carolina and Southeast Georgia this morning. The waterspout risk will be highest near lines of building clouds and in the vicinity of isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms.
