Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM... * At 213 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 NM north of Crab Bank to 7 NM east of Kiawah Reef, moving northeast at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Capers Reef, Capers Island Buoy, Rattlesnake Shoal, Bull Breakers, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Air Force Reef, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty, Bulls Bay and Jimmy Leland Tug.
