The areas affected include... Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM... * At 758 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 14 NM north of Parris Island Reef to 9 NM northwest of Calibogue Sound, moving southeast at 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Fripp Inlet Buoy, Fripp Island Wreck, Port Royal Sound, Saint Helena Sound, Pelican Bank, Parris Island Reef, Fish America, Gaskins Bank Wreck, Gaskin Banks, Whitewater Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Calibogue Sound and Savannah River Entrance.
