The areas affected include... Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Altamaha Sound out 20 NM... * At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a wind shift, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This wind shift was located along a line from 16 NM northwest of Calibogue Sound to near Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, moving south at 15 knots. Locations impacted include...
