This strong thunderstorm was located near C A T Buoy, moving northeast at 10 knots. Locations impacted include... Tug Rio Apon, C A T Buoy, Buoy Tender Sagebrush, Tug Elmira, Ferry Boat Janet, Buoy J, Steel Barge Modena and K T K Buoy.
