Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM... Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... * At 954 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 12 NM east of Vilano Beach to 53 NM east of Atlantic Beach, moving northwest at 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Anna Reef, Whittakers Snapper Hole Reef, Casablanca Reef, Buoy Cdh, Saint Johns Lighted Buoy, Buoy Kby, Nassau Sound Approach Buoy 6a, Buoy Hlha, Saint Marys Entrance Buoy 16, Talbot Island, Mayport, Tournament Reef, Atlantic Beach, Amelia City, Jacksonville Beach, Palm Valley, Dungeness, Cumberland Island, Dorothy Louise Barge and High Point.
