At 808 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 19 nm northwest of Amelia City to 21 nm west of Talbot Island, moving east at 15 knots. strong thunderstorms will be near... Dungeness around 835 PM EDT. Cumberland Island around 845 PM EDT. Amelia City and Saint Marys Entrance Buoy 16 around 850 PM EDT. Talbot Island around 900 PM EDT. Mayport around 905 PM EDT. Atlantic Beach, Buoy Kby, and Nassau Sound Approach Buoy 6a around 910 PM EDT. Jacksonville Beach around 915 PM EDT.
