Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... At 736 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and a thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This activity was located 9 nm west of Talbot Island, or 39 nm northwest of Saint Augustine, moving east at 25 knots.
